Stephanie York brings 18 years of business development knowledge to coaching. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Marketing specializing in research and product development. Stephanie enjoyed working through her company York Consulting in Los Angeles to help smaller businesses develop brand awareness, marketing campaigns as well as systems for customer service and employee development. Helping individuals and business owners achieve financial success as well as strong business models is incredibly rewarding. She has coached hundreds of people through corporate programs as well as national training organizations to build better economic models, marketing platforms and business plans.
Even though Stephanie speaks on a national stage and enjoys group trainings it is truly the one on one coaching that is at the heart of her passion. She considers co-actively coaching an individual to achieve business and personal success as one of the most rewarding jobs there are. Brad Korn brings a wealth of real estate experience to mortgage originators as a Maximum Acceleration Coach. He addresses practical issues that lenders are continually challenged with and provides them with easily implemented action plans. Brad’s direct approach to coaching is phenomenal. Brad enjoys sharing what he has learned throughout the years, and he has much to offer. Brad will share best practices, strategies, tools and technology used in the real estate arena. Brad will instruct you on how to build strong bonds with Real Estate Agents and become a necessary partner that they simply cannot live without. You will learn the synergy of creating affiliate partnerships as an extended team, in which all parties involved reap tremendous benefits and rewards. “Why should anyone have to reinvent the wheel?” Brad asks. "I feel an obligation to share all my successes and failures”. Brad enjoys spending quality time with his family, being very involved with his church, helping on committees that benefit the real estate industry, and taking the time to be with friends.”
Chris Lang brings over 18 years of experience with proven success in sales management, marketing, coaching, and business ownership to Maximum Acceleration clients.
Cris has spent the last 10 years in the “for-profit” training and education field at the director and vice president levels. During that time, he was hired by the two largest education companies to revive and restructure under-performing businesses. He also ran multiple sales and marketing divisions, developed and implemented business-training curricula, and personally taught and mentored hundreds of students and employees.
Cris takes a practical, hands-on approach to business improvement, focusing on The Three Ms:
* Mentoring and training on a continual basis.
* Monitoring accountability.
* Motivating individuals and teams to a positive culture.
Cris resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is the owner of Lang Properties (a real estate investment company), is a licensed producer of life insurance and annuities, has multiple certifications in sales and management training (including Integrity Selling®), and has appeared on national television and in training videos. He enjoys swimming and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Michael Maher brings a vast knowledge of real estate, mortgage, business, and lead generation techniques to the Maximum Acceleration team. Michael has coached business owners, executives, mortgage professionals, and real estate agents for the last five years and has been coaching professionally for 15 years. He has provided business advice, executive coaching, and leadership training to more than 2000 people and has spoken in front of over 10,000 professionals in the last three years. Michael specializes in making rainmakers and is known as a marketing guru in the real estate industry.
After getting his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas, Michael got his MBA at Baker University. Michael catapulted from a successful teaching career to a phenomenal real estate career soaring to an astonishing $40.1 million in volume in just his third year! Even more impressive is that over 83% of his business comes from referrals. Michael held the post of Regional Leadership and Training Director for the Mid-America Region of Realty Executives.
Michael enjoys living in Overland Park with his wife and dog. When not spending time with them, he enjoys playing soccer, lifting weights, reading, and tinkering with his car.
